1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rtk333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rtk333 website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). The rtk333 Platform is accessible at rtk333.net and is operated for the Bangladesh market.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the rtk333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on rtk333. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. rtk333 enforces a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming best practices. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned where reasonably practicable.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The rtk333 Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited to you personally. 2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

2.4 Prohibition on Employees and Associates

Employees of rtk333, its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, game studios, and payment processors, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) player account on rtk333. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. rtk333 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and net winnings derived from bonus play may be voided at rtk333's sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rtk333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. rtk333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify rtk333 support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All player accounts on rtk333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT. rtk333 does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rtk333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals denominated in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to participating Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major institutions. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your rtk333 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds. Card and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes. rtk333 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are processed within 3 minutes of approval as standard, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held until verification is complete.

rtk333 processes withdrawals only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. 4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held on deposit with rtk333 are maintained in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds. These funds are not used for any business purpose and are held solely for the purpose of honouring player balances and facilitating withdrawal requests.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rtk333 offers new players a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, minimum deposit threshold, and any applicable promotional code are stated at the time the offer is presented. The welcome bonus is available only to newly registered players who have not previously held an rtk333 account and who complete their first deposit within 7 days of account registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by rtk333 are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 5.3 Bonus Validity Period

5.5 General Promotion Rules

rtk333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Players who have opted out of marketing communications are not eligible to receive promotional bonus offers unless they opt back in via their account settings.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using the rtk333 Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful recreational online gaming — and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that all deposits made to your rtk333 account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment methods used. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of any applicable financial regulations.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rtk333 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in a game or the Platform cashier
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting that exploits rtk333's odds errors, or any activity that constitutes fraud against the Company
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform to launder funds
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rtk333 staff or other players via any Platform communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure

6.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that rtk333 is a provider of entertainment services, not a means of generating income. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. rtk333 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and session time reminders from the outset.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by rtk333

rtk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) rtk333 has reason to believe that the player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player has failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to do so; or (e) the player's account has remained inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

In cases of account closure due to a breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by rtk333 for any reason other than a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your rtk333 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or via the live chat service. Before your account is closed, rtk333 will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Where a balance remains on an inactive account, rtk333 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee as permitted by applicable regulations. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

rtk333 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of God.

8.2 Accuracy of Game Outcomes

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect display of odds, or erroneous crediting of winnings, rtk333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the player's account balance to its pre-error state. The Company's decision in such matters is final. rtk333 accepts no liability for loss of winnings resulting from a game malfunction where the underlying cause is outside the Company's control.

8.3 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rtk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses. The Company's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The rtk333 Platform integrates third-party services including game content from certified studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe), payment processing via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and telecommunications infrastructure. rtk333 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider where those failures are outside the Company's reasonable control. 8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rtk333, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
